Practicing yoga and mediation before, after or in midst of a working day is a sustainable choice to reset and recharge our body and mind.
Mindfulness Session —
and recharge your
Through guided meditation and simple breathing techniques we learn to sooth our nervous-system and thereby calm a restless mind. With time we be-
come familiar with our internal processes and are able to guide ourselves to stillness and peace. This helps us to think, speak and act with clarity, trust and confidence — so we can respond rather than react to the challenges of everyday life.
Movement Session —
move the body and experience more ease
When the body is in pain, it's hard for the mind to concentrate. Already small movements can bring more ease and relaxation. We mobilize and stretch espe-cially the areas where we tend to hold stress, such as shoulders, neck and lower back. The gentle exercises strengthen our body awareness and increase our en-ergy level.
